Does item have AC wall plug?

No it has a USB that can plug into any wall charger, laptop, car charger.. why better than a fixed ac wall plug

Can this charge AA battery?

It will charge 14500. Same physical size as an AA battery. But, the voltage is different. This charger is intended for Li-Ion batteries only. The 14500’s are 3.6v. A standard AA is only 1.5v. I wouldn’t attempt to charge them with this charger.

Can you charge with a solar charger?

Your solar does NOT need to produce 10 amps of output. Input requirement is 5VDC @ 1 Amp, stated as 7 Watts.

Will it charge 18500 batteries?

I bought the charger for 18650 batts, but I see no reason why it won't charge 18500's also. It will take almost any size of this type of battery.
