Ce tapis de yoga épais est un vrai coup de cœur! Il offre un excellent confort, surtout pour les genoux et les poignets, ce qui change tout pendant mes séances. La texture antidérapante est parfaite, il ne glisse pas du tout, même sur plancher. Il se roule facilement et reste léger à transporter malgré son épaisseur. After about a week of use, it works as it should with a good cushion, but has already started to show signs of wear and tear.

Love this mat! I use it for yoga/stretching. The thickness is perfect for the body, and doesn't leave you on pain like you would be using a regular thin mat.
