Got these to monitor senior with dementia. Easy to set up. Loud when panning left, right, up or down. He’s deaf and still hears them.

This is the second time I've used a MOBI camera. Both times I've had difficulty getting them set up and connected to wifi. They are just extremely finicky and it can take a lot of attempts to get it to scan the QR code properly. I was not even able to get this camera set up, so I gave up and used a different camera. For the price, they're decent if you can get them working. The app lacks some of the notification options as other cameras, and the picture quality/latency isn't as great as more expensive ones, but the price is hard to beat.Pros: uses micro-USB plugcheaptheoretically easy to set upCons: has difficulty connectingonly works on 2.4ghz wifilacks some notification options

This camera is decent for the price point depending on what you want to use it for. Could be a plus if you want to use it also as light in a room at night but can also be completely shut off as well.- if you're setting an alarm for your child moving around, make sure sound is off because it will sound the alarm on the camera not your phone. If you're using it as security having a loud annoying alarm going off due to movements might be a good deterrent. It sends your phone a notification either way.Negative:-Sound from camera to phone is very poor. It's still very quiet even when media volume is all the way up.- it comes with a magnetic mount for the camera so you can attach it to the wall or ceiling. However the camera itself only has 4 little magnetic points on the bottom of the camera and weight of the camera itself and/or the cord is too heavy for it to stay connected via the 4 little points on the plate.Negative as a baby monitor:-The app has to be opened on your phone/tablet to see your child. If it is closed you have to go back in and click on the room and it comes back up.-It automatically has the mute button onNegative as a security camera:- if you choose to record via the sd card (sold separately) the app has to be open on your phone. If you set it to record then close out of the app it stops recording. You may as well watch it live.

It works but the viewer software is too sensitive to WIFI fluctuations. Many times during the day you have to refresh the image because the viewer software will get disconnected due to WIFI fluctuations.I have a Gigabit internet connection at home with one main WIFI modem and 3 WIFI repeater boxes around the house. My home has only one floor level (no second stories).It doesn’t get more optimal than that in terms of speed of the network and strength of the signal.One of the cameras is trying to connect to a foreign IP address but my home firewall has detected it as a security issue and sitting it down a couple of times.So in summary: if you don’t have a strong network security firewall in place and a very high speed WIFI, I don’t recommend them for you.

Bought to use as baby cams with the echo show as an always on display. The Mobi skill is non function and these cameras do NOT work with Alexa. Save yourself the time and money and get a different product if you wish to use Alexa. The Alexa compatible tag should be removed from the listing. While there is a Mobi skill, it doesn’t work. Camera quality is ok and the app does function well. So if you intend to just use the app for love view this camera may work.

It’s pretty good. I was going between a 3 and 4 star review and decided to give it 4 because when it works, it does everything we need it to. Picture quality is pretty good. I like that you can listen to the baby’s end and also talk through it. My only problem is that since we’ve gotten it, we’ve had some issues with it staying connected. The first day we had it, we set it up which was relatively easy, and it was working well. The day after that, we couldn’t get it to come on at all. After several emails back and forth with customer service, they told me pretty much just what the manual said to hook the camera up which obviously we had already read and gone through. After going back and forth with them via email all day, my husband called and we were immediately informed that the servers had been down that day. That would have been something I would think they should have told me over email so I didn’t have to waste half a day messing with it and trying to re-pair it. And it’s done that a couple times since we’ve gotten it. Hopefully we don’t have any more issues because otherwise it’s a very good little camera.

So it stays in b&w, I have messed around with the settings trying to fix it.. it’s still there though. The picture is extremely grainy and hard to see.. don’t waste your money.

I have two in my house and they are great quality. Love the night vision and that I can move it 360 degrees.
