It does help with pain very slight but there is s definite difference.

Years ago I read about the healing effects of magnets and then forgot about it. Just recently, I once more read about magnetic healing. Though I don't have a lot of physical complaints, as I've aged I noticed that I was stiff in the morning after getting out of bed and that I wasn't sleeping as soundly as I did when I was younger. I decided to try out this mattress pad. I've only had it for about two weeks, but already I've noticed that I sleep sounder and I'm not as stiff in the morning. An added benefit that I've noticed is that an area of spider veins by my ankle is disappearing. Yay!!! The mattress pad is comfortable to sleep on and you don't feel the individual magnets. I like it so much that I also bought the pillow topper. I'm happy with my purchase and would do it again. My daughter also purchased a pad for herself. Time will tell if there are more benefits to come.

We have never slept better or felt our aches from the day feel better the next day like before we had this product. we started with just a twin size on our queen bed because only one of us thought it would work good, but have since purchased a queen size as we both feel better after sleeping on it
