Does this bra have padding for push up effect

There is light padding and not a tremendous amount of push-up effect. That being said, I find this bra to be incredibly comfortable and flattering on my small chest. It gives me a slight and subtle lift. Love this Cloud 9 line of bras from Warner's.

Does the band roll up?

Yes, it does. Hate it! Not only does the band roll up, but the whole bras feels like a medieval armor. Wish I’d never ordered them. Look at Calvin Klein wireless. Love them! No band.

Does this have adjustable straps

Yes, the straps are adjustable and not too thin that they dig into your skin.

Does this bra have rough seams at the bottom inside the cups that chafe sensitive skin?

No, this bra is smooth throughout the interior. It is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. I highly recommend this bra to anyone who hates wires, in-seams etc.
