Very bad performance of hoover.The battery last just for 30 minutes.charged the hoover for 8 hours but the battery finished in 30 minutes..l go on Amazon page for return and they said item is not eligible for return.

Absolute rip off doesn’t work properly and too late to return as my son just started to use as it’s been to cold. Feel completely ripped off and nothing I can do now. It doesn’t fit on the wheels properly and goes round in circles. Very unsafe. Shame on you Amazon

My son loved it

Doesn’t hold its charge only get 15-20 mins at most, no warning that low so just stops. My son face planted floor twice, cut all his hands. Sending back, as not safe and battery life is rubbish.

I need to speak to the seller but no options for this, I got this for my sons birthday he’s not even used it because it’s not working properly, I want to keep the kart but it says we’ve to send it all back, if you could contact me that would be great thanks

Not happy at all bought it for a birthday present for my son put the kart together charged the battery on the hoverboard as instructed in the manual and it only lasted 30 mins

I bought it for my nephew as a birthday present, unfortunately after a few days of usage it stopped working, very disappointed with product quality.

Charge speed takes a full day battery does not last more than 1x hour. I bought 2 for Christmas presents waste of money
