This is an awesome light for knitting anywhere and I like that its rechargeable.

This is my second Lumos knitting light. I purchased my first from a local yarn shop during COVID so they do last a long time. I was so spoiled with the first one; I loved the weight of it, the way it fit comfortably on my neck, the 3 light options & the way it coiled up easily for storage or transport. Recharging the bulbs was easy. It's perfect for knitting in front of the TV or sitting in bed to read. The light can be focused perfectly on your project and doesn't bother husband who falls asleep hours before I ever do. The battery died in Light #1 which necessitated me purchasing this one. It does cost twice as much as many other brands so prior to investing in #2, I did order and try several others. They just didn't compare to the Lumos especially in their weight (too bulky). I could only tolerate them around my neck for a short while, which defeats the entire purpose...and back they all went. I am a BIG FAN of this little light and am delighted to have another in my life.

These are very nice lamps for Knitting, crocheting, reading. Flexible easy to use.. They are bright white. I sometimes have difficulty turning them on to the correct brightness.

My wife bought one for knitting in low light areas. I saw the order and ordered one for myself for reading at night in bed when she may be sleeping. Plenty of light. And she is not disturbed with it. The intensity is adjustable. They are rechargeable so no batteries to worry about! I would recommend these it for reading! I don’t knit so I don’t know about that! I’ll

They are ok but I’d like to have a wider range of light

Absolute perfection. Lightweight, not heavy when wearing. Easy movement of arms. Multiple levels of lighting. The lowest level is yellow, nice soft light. Length of arms is great. One reviewer tried this light and went back to the Glucosent light also on Amazon. Being thrifty I tried that first. No doubt it’s a solid light. But here’s the big differences. -Weight. While this may seem minor to me it wasn’t. It is heavy and I found it to be uncomfortable. The Lumos light is super lightweight. -Arms aren’t as long either. I’ve dropped in a picture. Lumos arms are white in the picture. Pink is the Glucosent neck light. -Does have lower light level but it is not yellow. Both have easy button controls. Both have easy to use charging cables. The Lumos light is a pleasure for me to use when knitting. A friend recommended it and I balked at first because of the price. Totally worth it. I highly recommend.

I’m returning this item. Not at all what it is described as being, not worth the money. There are much better neck lights at cheaper prices than this. I crochet at night and the lighting is very poor with this light and I was only crocheting with white yarn I cannot even imagine trying to crochet with darker colored yarns. The fit, weight weren’t an issue and the flexibility was good & I loved the color yet if the lighting is poor; which this is then imho I would suggest you keep looking for better options. I’m going back to my current setup, I suggest using a lap desk/tray with a clip on lamp(I bought the lamp I use here on Amazon and love it!see photo)I was hoping for the brightness I get with my lamp in this knitting light; sadly it’s not meant to be. It may work for some people simply not for me, I’ll continue my search.

Excellent for embroidery work. I definitely recommend this light. I like how the positioning can be easily manipulated to point exactly on the area I'm working on.

Works well

Perfect light for crafters. Especially effective when working with dark yarns. Light brightness can be adjusted, very flexible so I can position the lights as needed, and the buttons just need a light touch to make changes. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Although this works for my wife she does have trouble at times to work the button. The buttons are membrane type and if you press too hard on it like many people do (it does not come on so push harder on the button) it does not work. I had to teach my wife to press lightly to operate.

This Lumos light is amazing.
