I recently purchased the Arboleaf Smart Weight Scale, and overall, I’m impressed. It’s easy to set up, and the large LED display makes it simple to read my weight and other metrics, even in low light. The scale tracks 14 body composition metrics, including BMI, body fat, and muscle mass, which is great for getting a more complete picture of my health. The readings seem accurate and consistent, and I appreciate how it syncs with the app, giving me a nice way to track my progress over time. The scale supports up to 500 lbs, so it’s sturdy and can accommodate a range of users. It’s also FSA/HSA eligible, which is a bonus. Overall, it’s a great scale for anyone looking to track more than just weight. It’s easy to use, accurate, and provides useful health insights. I’d definitely recommend it!

Great smart scale!!! It measures everything!!! You download free app to track your progress and see what it is you need to change about your weight. Battery life has been good so far and I've had it for almost 6 months already. I'm type 2 diabetic and need to keep track of my weight and other things such as bmi, visceral fat and water weight which has all those functions as well as others! Love this scale!

I had questionable expectations but this is the best purchase I've made in ages! Everybody needs to replace their traditional scales. This thing allows you to tap on each body measurement in the app and review what each measurement represents and where it falls on the assessment line. The numbers are both on the scale and in the app. I was connected in less than a minute and set up in the app in less than 5. I'll be able to also track the circumference inches on every area of my body. This is an all in one. It also has a food logging tool where it will autocalc total calories, carbs, & protein consumed all day based on the foods you enter. The foods have these stats pre-loaded in the app for you. Its just unbelievable. I also ompared my weight on this scale to my old scale and they are identical. This one doesn't teeter totter to settle on the weight though. It lands the exact same everytime so I know I can trust what I see. The only thing I don't like is that it beeps when the body measurements finish processing. I wish it were silent. I turned the sound off in the app off but it still beeps so ...... Just get it! You won't be disappointed.

Wow!! I’ve not owned a scale in decades. But, in my mid 40s and facing some pudge as well as the potential for related health issues, I was just looking for a basic scale to keep track of my weight (loss?). For an extra 20$ you get all this cool data and tracking. I’m not really speaking about the hyper accuracy of the info provided, it’s not a doctors office. But it seems pretty spot on. It’s astonishing how much it can read (even generally) from sending some tiny pulses around your body. Syncing with your phone is super easy and reliable — no issues with signals or sending in just over 2 weeks. It’s great to see how these values change and shift right on your phone ... and having all this info does help you unconsciously even to be a bit more mindful about being healthy. I’m actually walking more (even if not working out, yet) and watching how much junk food i eat and even how junky I’ll allow my main meals to get. Perhaps the impact of the tech aspect on my habits will wane ... but anything that gets me more in the mode of thinking about my health is worth it, especially given that it’s literally 20$ more than any other decent looking scale.

I have a tendency to over analyze and think about buying a product for far too long before taking the plunge and buying. Since this was my first smart scale, I read several reviews and watched several videos on the top 10 smart scales before deciding on this one from Arboleaf. I was expecting the readings to vary from day to day after reading the reviews on other smart scales that were on the top 10 lists. I have been using this scale daily since 1/4/2021 and surprisingly, I haven’t had a single erroneous reading. The weight of my bones have been constant (as they should be) and the numbers that do change have been subtle and in line with my weight loss or gain for that day. It was easy to set up, which I was worried about since the wi-fi requirements are 2.5 ghz and we primarily use 5.0. (I guess it pulled from the 2.5 ghz that we have set up as a back up on our router? I’m not tech savvy so I’m not sure how that works.). I did not see this scale on any top 10 list. Why?! It should be! It’s more affordable than most and gives consistent readings. I’m sure it’s not as accurate as the gym analyzers but it meets my needs and it has the consistency that I was looking for. I love the app, as well. It really helps my motivation and confidence to see the patterns of my weight loss, in combination with weekly measurements. I would highly recommend this smart scale!

The scale give different measurements every time if you stand on 10 times the scale will give you 6:7 different results
