Good flavor

Super Delicious!

I discovered Vega One All-In-One Protein Powder about 3 years ago, when I read David Zinczenko's book, "Zero Belly Diet." Zero Belly Diet: Lose Up to 16 lbs. in 14 Days! His smoothies--and the tip to use these Powders as a short-cut--were one of the biggest and most lasting changes to my eating habits. I have been making these shakes ever since... sometimes as a breakfast or lunch, sometimes as a mid-afternoon "snack." It's like packing a whole vegan meal plus lots of other goodies (probiotics, Omega-3s, fiber, lots of protein...) into one glass. Best of all, it's GLUTEN-FREE. I usually make a smoothie with it, using almond milk and frozen berries; but when I travel, I bring the individual packets and a shaker cup and just mix it up with water in a pinch. I tried several flavors, and liked the French Vanilla and Chocolate flavors best, at first; until the Coconut Almond and Mocha flavors came out! I would have given the older non-organic version of the Powder a 4-star rating, because they all seemed to have a bit of an after-taste; but I was still a big fan... the new ORGANIC versions have a MUCH better taste.

I have had Vega One coconut vanilla at one time and really enjoyed the flavor. This organic coconut almond is different. Not sure if I have a bad batch or not. Been using for 3 day’s and taste seems to be bitter. The powder is green so not sure it’s supposed to be that color. The last one I used was white. Over all love the Vega One product just not sure on this one with taste. If someone sees this and thinks it’s not right please let me know! Other than taste I enjoy it.

Would be 5 stars but it was literally LESS than 3/4 full. This is an expensive product, and I understand there is always a certain amount of settling, but this is ridiculous ( see photo of just opened product)

This is tasty and not overly sweet. It doesn’t look or smell like it would be enjoyable but it’s very good. I’ll be re-ordering I usually use a similar protein powder from Whole Foods - same flavor, this one tastes more natural and you can taste both the coconut and almond in it.

i make my own creamer. this makes a really good base for rich and creamy flavor. i add other things can't skip the Durian. thank you for a speedy delivery

They just created a “new and improved” flavor for the coconut almond and I hate it. Even the consistency of the shake has changed. It’s gone from kind of cool and refreshing (I make it with 12oz of cold almond milk, one frozen banana, and one level scope of the Vega mix), and now it’s cool and thick and syrupy. I drank half a glass of the new and improved coconut almond flavor and unfortunately had to pour the rest down the drain....and I have been a loyal consumer of Vega for years so it pains me to write this review. Over the years I’ve spent a lot of money trying every flavor and every version. For the most part I’ve liked most of what I’ve tasted, but I settled on the last Version of the coconut almond flavor because it was something I could drink every day without growing tired of the taste. But this new version is now un-drinkable to me, both in changed flavor and changed consistency. Totally disappointed.
