The media could not be loaded. After eight months of using the machine once or twice a day, a leak has occurred in the steam tank and now the pressure is too low. Also, when making espresso, the water is not even hot, it is just warm, so the flavor is not as good. This looks great on your counter and if you’re only gonna use it once a week or for special occasions, then I’m sure it’s good. But for normal use, it’s not a quality product.Additionally, the design on the front panel is absolutely awful. There’s no indicator showing whether you are in steam mode or espresso mode and so it’s very easy to burn the coffee while you’re making it. This would’ve been very easy to implement, but it seems they went after a better looking design over a more functional design. Sorry have to give it one star.

It's a simple, easy to use coffee machine with automatic settings for expresso, cappuccino and latte variants. The automated cleaning facility is a blessing. Overall, a value for money coffee machine.

Device is ok but it is made of plastic and smell plastice when I drink black coffe. Filter is also made of plastic, even though it's food grade the quality does not meet my expectations due to the smell. Auto cutoff works and plate keeps coffee warm.
