The vitamins arrived on time. They are just as described. The taste of them are not bad. They also helped curb my appetite. I felt less hungry throughout the day.

The Gummies were securely packaged in a jar with a safety seal. They were exceptionally fresh! No worries about crowns because these were soft and easily chewed, and they don’t stick to your teeth. The raspberry flavor is dangerously delicious! I have to remind myself this is a supplement, not a treat! The simplicity of the dosage, just one per day with water, and the great taste make me more inclined to keep on a regimen. Each gummy is 1000 mcg, so once a day is perfect. They are an aid, not “the answer”, but I feel they are helping curb the appetite a little and I have no side effects, like the jitters. The little bit of dry mouth is good, because it makes me drink fluids!

I haven't really noticed a difference yet in taking these. They do have a pleasant taste. I won't order them again.

The gummies are flavored and taste good. They work well in that I don't feel hungry 24/7 and I definitely don't eat as much! It's a great deal

I can not say how much they help but can benefit certain people. The potency is not much compared to the tablets. It is easy to chew and swallow for my mom.

My first impressions of these gummies after taking for a few weeks now is they taste amazing! Very simple to stick to as only 1 a day, I recommend taking it in the time you have the most cravings which for me is in the evening. I find it does help with suppressing appetite and stabilizes sugar cravings. I don’t enjoy how thirsty it makes me, make sure to drink lots of water when taking it to compensate for this, overall I find it’s working for me.
