I've been using this MuscleTech ISO Whey for a year now and have enjoyed and loved the taste since day 1. It's an easy add of 25-50 grams of protein each day, depending upon whether or not I'm having some at night. I get the 5lb size and it lasts a little over a month. Great value for what is being delivered. I keep this on auto-order and have noticed gains when putting in the extra work, which isn't always easy to do as I near that 50 year mark.

This ISO Whey protein powder is excellent. The price is very competitive with other products, and the quality of all the products I have tried from MuscleTech is undeniable. The one small thing I would mention is that when mixing this with coconut milk (which is what I drink), the mixture holds a lot of bubbles for quite a while. To get around this I mix up a shake for breakfast the night before. Then, instead of shaking the mix in the morning, I stir it with a spoon. Then most of the bubbles are gone. BTW, the taste is fantastic!
