The pillow is nothing exceptional. If you use a cotton pillow it is almost the same. In fact cotton pillows are more comfortable and breathable and keeps the head cool because of the inherent properties of cotton. I have one suggestion though to the seller / manufacturer - try manufacturing a pillow which is just pure soft sponge with 1” to 1 and 1/2 inch square holes through and through the thickness of the sponge from top to bottom all over the pillow. The pillow can have the same dimensions of a regular pillow. I’ve used such a pillow and it’s really comfortable any way you sleep. It takes the contour of your head and neck no matter how you sleep on it.

I purchased your MY ARMOR Cool Gel Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain and Shoulder Pain (Blue Checks Cover) from Amazon in May 2025. The product came with a 2-year warranty, which I relied upon when making my purchase. However, after using it for three months, I decided to wash it today as it had become very dirty. Upon inspection, I discovered that the internal quality of the pillow is extremely poor. The foam inside is of substandard quality and tears apart easily wherever I touch it, rendering it unusable. I have attached a video and images showing the damaged condition of the pillow. This is highly disappointing given the product’s advertised durability and the warranty provided. I request a full refund or a replacement for this defective item under the 2-year warranty.

The foam quality is very nice, it supports my neck at its best level and fits perfectly. It gives me good sleep. Before i was having a lot of neck pain for quit long and now after using this am perfectly normal. I am 5.5 feet and its thickness is fine for me. I just love it.

I am using this pillow from from 2 years. I am just loving it daily. Always my favorite. Just go for it.
