Urgent: Network and Overheating Issues with My Mobile I purchased a mobile phone from you on last September 2nd, I was given a 15-day return option, and the phone worked normally during that period. However, after 15 days, I've started experiencing significant issues. The phone frequently displays a "network detected" error, followed by "troubleshooting" and then hangs. Additionally, the mobile is overheating and randomly shutting down and restarting. I'm unable to download the invoice directly as the option says "contact to seller." I need guidance on how to proceed with the warranty or a potential return/repair, as these issues are making the phone unusable. Please let me know the solution for these problems as soon as possible

The phone is very good but the charger doesn’t match.
