Yes the product is good. I use it for health purposes as it is good for bone health. I use it sparingly.

As a newcomer to this natural remedy, I've been curious about its health benefits, particularly for digestion. Gond katera is supposed to be soaked in water and then consumed directly. But this product has dirt in it so you can't do it .. stay away from it .. Amazon should warn this seller to remove this product...it is diry and harmful!!
