The padded seat is comfortable, providing great support during use. The chair is also well-built, sturdy, and easy to maneuver. I had to return the product because the seat's dimension was not a good fit for my father when he is using the bathroom.

I love that. I’m mobile with the toilet now for my mom, but the wheels kind of lock up without me locking them.

Do nor buy. Very flimsy construction. Specifications not totally accurate. Will never buy another product from this company. Product had to be destroyed because it was not fixable/

Love this chair for my mom. She is disabled this chair is used for potty and shower and I would be lost without it. I would like to find replacement casters because the locks no longer work on my chair.

Great shower chair/commode, but needs to have drop arms.

I liked it because the size let it go through the small spaces of the bathroom that it has not been modified/adapted yet.

The product itself is fine. The instructions to assemble it are impossible to follow.
