Poor quality, not worth the price at all

It's regular use causes neck pain.

Definitely an amazing product. Because of it’s memory foam, it’s really comfortable and provides good quality sleep and pain relief to back. This plus multiple other features at a very reasonable price. Nothing but appreciation for this product. Go for it!

Edit: Reordered a new pillow and again same issue. The pillow does not retain shape and very old. Please don't buy from this vendor. They were good before but now they are cheating customers Received defective one it has holes in the foam and it is not gaining proper shape even after 24 hours. Replacement order was also lost in transit. Now I am stuck with one bad pillow.

Very good outer cover. Soft and feels premium. It is a little too thick for comfort. It should have been slimmer. One side is a thin bevel while the other side is very high..practically I think that side is useless for anybody as it will cause more cervical compression not less so overall the design needs tweaking. Its soft , not too firm but nor spongy either. Typical foam feeling.
