Fits my Kindle and looks great!

My daughter really wanted a new cover for her Kids Fire Tablet when her brother got a new one and this was a reasonably priced option. She really likes the pattern and it matched what was shown in the listing. It has an elastic band that keeps it closed and then folds backward and tucks into the back to make a stand for handsfree use. It has held up well over time without any visible tears or rips. I normally use hard cases or the big foam cases that come with Kid Fire Tablets for my kids. Be aware that this case is thinner and doesn't provide that same level of protection. Higher risk of damage from a fall or drop than those other cases. My daughter is more responsible and careful with things so this case has worked out well. I would not recommend purchasing this case if your kid is rougher on their stuff and need a durable hard case.

So sad...the case is so great, the color, and how it is made its incredible. But sadly and I was hoping I would not have the same problem, but I did. SO when I close the case lids back it ends making contact with the fire tablet and it goes to sleep. I tried it many times and it happened once I leave the lid down and don't close it together to the back the tablet works fine. I removed the case never had the problem again. Put the case on for another week and the problem persisted. I just don't know what to do. I like the case but that is a lot to do just to make sure it doesn't fall asleep.
