Visual Planner by Create Visual Aids Weekly Planner & Daily Planner for Adults with Visual Symbols for dementia, autism, visual timetable

Bought 2 of these, one for my son who has speech and understanding issues and one for my mother-in- law who has Alzheimers. Clear, easy to understand illustrations of daily activities that can be arranged to show a detailed daily diary or a brief weekly diary. Create Visual Aids customer service is also excellent. As a carer, this product has definitely made my life a little easier.

Good product

This is quite a neat and compact visual planner. Pages for different planning occasions and everyday usage and appointments. Loads of visuals to select and use. Very well thought out.Great for the elderly who find it harder to write and see, as well as children who struggle to read. Would also help adults as well. Any one with mental health issues like ASD and ADHD etc, could benefit to use this to make organising their life simpler. Creating less confusion and feeling overwhelmed. Quick and easy to select the pictures, and just push onto the Velcro tabs of the pages. Reusable and a nice size, without being too big. The ring binder spine lets the pages you want, stay open for glancing at the days your working from. Overall I think this is a great organisation aid, to help people who need it. Plus it’s tough but bendable plastic construction is sturdy and wipeable. It’s also very quick and easy for someone who is helping out, to plan the pages on behalf of the person who will be using it to follow.

Handy tool for communication in all sorts of scenarios. Nothing is exhaustive of course but this is a good start. May not match well with what education providers use so worth seeing what schools use too to judge its suitability.Good though
