Simple and efficient
Just what I needed to keep track of sodium and fat in particular, with other components of my diet as well (cholesterol, carbohydrates, etc). Research shows that writing all this down contributes to weight loss by helping you keep track of everything. This book makes it easy.

Keeping track of macro nutrients
I love this book but wish they included a colume for Fiber as most Americans are not getting enough fiber in their diet, which helps fed our good bacteria in our gut. We need 25 to 30 grams a day and we need to track that as well as protein and fats. It's a great book for keeping track of where you are, so you know where you stand.

Great For Your Health Journey
I'm on a health journey and the best way for me to track what I eat is by journaling. Apps don't work for me because I have to see it in writing. I have three suggestions to make this journal practically perfect:1) spiral binder for the spine (I took mine to a FedEx Office to have this done.)2) Include a column for cholesterol3) place the categories in the same order as they are on a nutrition labelI've just ordered another one so if you take my suggestions- SEND ME ONE PLEASE!

Extremely helpful
I did not realize how fast calories add up. Writing the numbers down before I eat changes how much of / if I eat that treat.
