This is an incredible product. I recently had neck surgery and working without a head rest is very difficult. This makes all the difference! It will fit a few Herman Miller chairs, not just Aeron. With some slight ingenuity and modification. Matches the quality and design of Herman Miller’s amazing craftspeople.

Seems like a quality item. Got it today, install was simple. Seems pretty nice, not sure if it is up to the standard of the Aeron but feels quite nice. Only time will tell of it lasts. Had no issue with tightening everything and ensuring it doesn't more. Will update if i have any issues. So far haven't experienced any of the slips other mentioned. Comes with two clips that keep the rest in place and from moving up or down.

Build quality is okay and locking mechanisms just okay. It doesnt lock in as tight as I preferred even adjusting the tension screws and sometimes I like to press my head back to stretch my back. Perhaps I received a defective one. The headrest also seems to slide up and down not very smoothly. One side is tighter than the other and they arent tension adjustable (the two rails). Materials matches pretty well to the Graphite Herman Miller Aeron otherwise.

Anyone with this chair needs this headrest. Near perfect color matching and fits seamlessly on the chair. I recommend to anyone with a herman miller Aeron chair!

Ordered the Engineered Now headrest for a new Aeron chair that I have ordered as I preferred the cleaner more minimalist design. Quality of product is as described. I have seen some reviews online stating that the headrest can move down on the support arms freely, but Engineered Now have included stoppers as part of the packaging to correct this and It seems that they have also redesigned the vertical support bars from smooth to staggered to further reduce the ability of the headrest to freely move on the support arms. Just waiting on my new Aeron to arrive so I can try it for comfort and fir.

Go for something else, this thing pushed my head forward while using it, no matter the position. It needs to sit farther back than it was capable of going. Do not recommend, took 2 months for my neck to heal from it and I still have discomfort.

It's amazing, I wish it were under 100 dollars though. But anyway happy with the support

It is made of the same material as the Herman miller Aeron chair so match is good. Quality is average for the price as you have to tighten the tension on the head rest frequently for it to stay in one place.

Been using this additional head rest for very old Herman Miller chair I purchased more than 10 years ago. Very comfortable for the head to rest on something during long day on the chair.

Era para una Aeron Remastered Grafito. Un inconveniente fue la lentitud del servicio, el producto se anunciaba en stock y lo encargué el 13 de Noviembre, pero pasaron 5 días "preparando el envío". Llegó rápido después, pero no se entiende mucho esa demora para un envío de Gran Bretaña a España. El producto es de calidad y realmente no se nota diferencia con los materiales de Herman Miller. Es confortable y no sobresale de la trasera de la silla. Sin embargo, su ajuste es limitado al ser la regulación de altura la misma que la de profundidad en un único mando que produce un movimiento rotatorio del cabezal. Eso limita las posiciones donde podrás tenerlo, porque la tercera regulación (altura) no alcanza a compensar totalmente esto. Además, da a menudo la sensación de que se ha movido y cuando vuelves a reclinar, lo encuentras en otro sitio. Según el fabricante esto es voluntario para una mejor adaptación al movimiento natural. Cuestión de gustos supongo, pero no me gusta y además tengo algo de espalda curvada y mi cabeza tiende hacia adelante. Aun siendo un producto excelente, lo he devuelto y sustituido por un Atlas, que resuelve totalmente esos problemas al ser totalmente ajustable y de fijación rígida, aunque con el inconveniente de ser bastante más aparatoso.

It is an excellent bit of design work and it's obvious that a great deal of care went into mating it seamlessly with the build and look of the Aeron chair. Thanks to you folks, I now have exactly what I need to make my workplace as comfortable as possible and reduce neck fatigue resulting from long hours of intense concentration. My only regret is that I didn't know about this product sooner.

Just received this and fitted it to my Herman Miller Aeron (size A) chair. It has completed the comfort levels for my chair. I'm really pleased with it. I bought my Aeron second hand, it's a refurbished item so was about a third of the price of a brand new chair. I agree with other reviewer in that this headrest is nearly as much as the chair itself which is why it's only 4 stars. I would recommend though if you have an Aeron. It does make the chair even more comfortable, so worth the investment.
