P.LOTOR Sewing Pinking Shears… (Violet)

I ordered this pinking shear P. Lotor from Amazon to be sure that I will be buying the genuine P.Lotor because this is always on top of the review I read. And it arrived 10 days earlier from expected time of arrival, and I am thankful. When it comes to it’s sharpness I believed it’s superior but it’s kind of stiff maybe with it’s continued use it will just loosen up, and for a petite woman from Philippines it’s kind of big for my hands too. But no worries coz my daughter who loved sewing too is a lot bigger than me.

When I first pick them up in my hands to use them on some doggie bandanas that I was trying to make for work scratch that not work for my hobby I realized that I did not like them but eventually they kind of grew on me because they cut pretty good but it took me awhile to figure that out because I guess I was trying to cut it to fast like with regular scissors

I have been sewing for many years and remember the days when I hated using pinking shears, by the time I was done cutting out a pattern my hands were so tired, not with these, they cut easily and there is no hand fatigue.

These scissors cut nicely however they are a little bit awkward due to the weight. I am by no means dainty but my wrist is small to medium and I have to adjust my hand holding to accommodate the weight of the scissors.

The shears are a little chunky to hold but OMG they made a huge difference in how the sunbrella fabric holds it edge! How did I ever live without these?

Excellent! They glide through paper and fabric! Using them to cut out cards to clip on items to give away! Perfect for anything you need.

The sharpness of this pair of pinking shears leaves a lot to be desired. If something is a little thick, it will not cut through. Not impressed with this pair at all.
