Look over the Size Chart carefully. If you buy the proper size, it will require minimal effort to put it on. I normally wear a Large size shirt. However, the Size Chart showed the smallest size for my measurements would be a 2XL (XXL). I knew from other brands that this would be correct. The purpose of this shirt is to fit tight and compress. If you buy the proper size, you will see and feel the compression without straining to put it on. The stitching is good and it's longer than other compression shirts. it compresses the chest and the abdomen. I like it.

I bought this product in 3XL and it was so so small, it would be the equivalent to an Australian small, would barely fit my young daughter, not sure who they are made for
