Best little bag I've ever gotten. It's small but holds a lot of clothes. Great spinner motion and easy to maneuver! Sturdy too. EXCELLENT Investment!

I ordered the 18in. Even with knowing the measurements ahead of time, I was surprised to see how large it was. That may be a great thing for you. I hope these photos with a clipboard for scale help you decide and save you a potential return. I really like the bag overall and ordered the size down (16in). The wheels are nice and the handle and bag roll beside you easily (empty at least.) The zippers have some heft to them. I’m surprised by the thickness and nice quality of the water bottle side pockets. The top handle is thicker than the other ones I was looking at.

The bag is very well made and I’m sure will do well long term. However it is front heavy so when it’s full, it keeps falling over forward. Even without the wheels on it or anything in it, it’s a little heavy. And when you are walking with it, it tends to go its own direction-but I think it’s because of how the weight is distributed.

Useful product but could be easier to wheel straight and easily topples over when there is a laptop inside.

This backpack checks all the boxes for traveling. Easy to convert to a backpack and rolls very nicely through the airport. It seems very well-made with lots of options for storage.

Great for College and work need the durability and size

Here's my updated review after receiving my replacement. I'll give it 1 more star as this time there were actually 4 extra wheels thrown in the bottom of the box. No bag, just in the box rolling around. The backpack had a plastic bag over it apparently as packaging inside the box. Looks like someone returned it, they packed it back up, threw 4 extra wheels in the box and sent it to me. Backpack appears well made and sturdy. Haven't used it yet. Description of this having a USB charger is deceptive. You plug in YOUR own USB charger inside the backpack and then charge your device with the cord they built in on the other end. You don't charge the backpack through the chargeable USB port as they describe. Dimensions of the backpack are accurate but don't over fill the bag otherwise it will not be accepted as a carry-on for a plane or a cruise ship. As for my review I consider it well made and sturdy, but the description is not accurate and no instructions were included with mine. I had to watch a couple of videos on this to understand how the so called charging port works and physically measure it empty to make sure the dimensions were correct so I know if it would be accepted as a carry-on. All in all a very well made carry on bag other than the few details I have listed above.
