I've been pleasantly surprised with these meals. Half the cost of other meal programs like Factor, tastes just as good and you don't have to join anything. You just order when you want to, no shipping charges and they're delivered quickly. I've tried several meal programs and this is my favorite. Mainly because of the price for the quality of the food and that it fills me up a lot more than some of the other programs. The company seems to really have it together. Give it a try and if you like it go to their website and you'll see a lot more variety.

One word of caution. There are 2 different 'packages'. Buy the one that's a bit more expensive. It's MUCH better. This is a good quality & good tasting meal for those nights when you beef something healthy & FAST!

Product was not frozen when it arrived so gave it to handyman to put on his compost pile. Please replace this item making sure it is frozen when it arrives.

Very good meals, just small in size. Purchased them for a man, and although he thought they were good, he thought they were a little too small for the price.

Love these meals They have great flavor and a lot in them. I recommend these to anybody that wants a good high protein diet.

Great meals full of protein but obviously just glorified "chicken and rice" in basically every one. They are mostly flavorless and don't change much when it comes to eating chicken and rice. I do like the ease at which your able to pop it in the microwave and eat in minutes, but for $12 a meal I was expecting something much more flavorful. I think at $6 a meal I would buy again, but these are way to expensive for the convenience and the flavor just isn't really there.

It’s affordable and tastes so good! Awesome variety to choose from, so you won’t get bored. I hate having to cook plus this will hopefully help me loose weight and get back on track.
