Direct fit. No instructions, and it's a long process.
I found a write up online on how to change the grill. It took a few hours, and requires complete front bumper removal. Product looks great, fits great. My only complaint is you can now see some of the inside of the car, way more so then with a stock AMG style Pan-America grill. Not sure why. Will have to spray paint some of the frame behind the grill
