My ceramic casserole dish cracked so I needed to ensure my new dish can withstand heat up to 500F. Cast iron was simply too heavy especially with the added weight of a roast. This Caraway is absolutely perfect. Sturdy, food does not stick and cleanup has been an absolute breeze. (Note instructions: do not use cooking sprays (eg Pam).)

I needed new cookware and bakeware. After researching what's out there now I ended up with several Caraway pieces. Yes, these are heavy. All the Caraway cookware & bakeware I purchased are heavy but they are also very well constructed. I have not had any issues with food sticking, cleaning is easy, and I am impressed with the heat distribution. I'll definitely be adding more Caraway items to my kitchen in the future.
