Directions were a little unclear and the sling was not especially comfortable. However, I broke my shoulder, not my arm, so that may have been the issue.

Let’s face it – if you need to be wearing a shoulder sling then nothing is going to be wildly comfortable. But I found this one to be better than most. The main reason is that the strap that goes over the good shoulder is held away from the neck due to the offset connection, in the back. It’s the main reason that I chose this one. It also is lighter weight and error so it doesn’t have all the neoprene padding that other slings might have which makes it somewhat cooler to wear. It has a lot of Velcro type adjustable areas. It is more comfortable than the very cheap when I got out of the emergency room. so if you need to be wearing a sling, I suggest you try this one

Product arrived a day late but in time. So far I like it. Definately provides support and reduces neck/shoulder fatigue. Product arrived at my towns PO at 1040 am. It is 1 mile from my house. Maybe less. I need this to go to work on Monday with a broken arm.

this sling is way more comfortable than the one I got at the hospital. It also has more adjustments and is more secure to limit movement to allow for healing. I got this for a clavicle fracture. I use the hospital one when I run this through the wash. The straps that go around the thumb or hand are a nice idea but not comfortable for using for a long time. They're also somewhat overkill. I'm very happy with this for the money.

Worked well would have returened it for the correct arm. time was of the essence
