This stand is very good in certain situations, if you have a smooth part on your car dash, then this will stick on super tight with zero movement, any groove or ridges then this stand will simply will not work, luckily on one of my cars dash there was that smooth surface and it worked outstanding. The other car didn't have a smooth surface so it didn't work at all on that one.The accessory can hold my phone horizontally or vertically with no problems, the clamp is strong, but not overpowering.Overall a great stand in certain situations, the rubber suction cups are super sticky but leaves no residual behind when removed.

The media could not be loaded.  I have bought many different car mobile phone holders, my pny one finally broke after many years of use, so I found this one and as you can see it works well and it even holds my larger s22 ultra, or my boys smaller s9.

This car holder for mobile phones or sat navs arrived in a cardboard box. It is made from black plastic and seems good quality. The clamp has red rubber edges where it grips onto your device to hold it securely in place. The clamp appears to be spring-loaded and takes some force to open it, and as soon as you let go the clamp returns to the smallest size. To place a mobile phone or sat nav in the clamp, you do have to manually keep it open else the clamp closes again.The clamp opens fully to a maximum of 3.5 inches which is suitable for most devices. I found the red rubber edges are not very deep, so if your device is quite deep then the clamp might not fully hold it in place. Unfortunately, my large sat nav would not fit into the clamp.At the back of the clamp there is a plastic ball joint so the clamp can swivel in any direction, up and down, left and right, and can be angled and tilted to how you like it. There is a plastic nut that can be screwed up tight to hold the ball joint secure and stop your device moving.Further down the body are two tiny buttons that say “Push” but nothing seems to happen when I do push them, and there is nothing in the description about what these do.To secure the mount onto a window or the dashboard, you remove the white backing paper, and stick the rubber bottom to the surface. You then press the plastic handle down to firmly secure it in place. The description says there is no adhesive on this mount, but that is wrong. The rubber bottom is highly sticky with a strong adhesive. When attached to your window or dashboard, it can be difficult to remove as the bottom is super sticky and cannot simply be pulled off. You may need a knife or something to remove it. The sticky bottom part is designed to stick to a surface and be left there for long periods of time.

Much better and more sturdy than expected.Sticks like glue to the window or dashboard but easy to take off with the locking clip attached.Very pleased with My purchase.

Unfortunately this is a review on the product without actually being able to fit it to the windscreen in my car.The issue is that the compact size of this holder doesn't extend far enough away from the windscreen, so when my phone is in the holder the top of the phone hits against the windscreen.If I slide my phone lower into the holder, the clamps then press against the power button on the side of the phone, so the only way to use this is with my phone orientated in landscape all of the time.Another issue I have is that the clamp part is pushed in the main suction part and held with a sprung plastic clip on either side to lock it in place, one of the clips was broken upon arrival, the other is pushed in but still has a sprung action.The clamp holding the phone is very powerful, you'll need to hold the mount each time you put your phone in otherwise it'll twist and move out of position where the ball joint is.

Good sturdy holder that is simple to install. Once in place it doesn't move or wobble as the suction pad is really strong. Installing and removing a phone from the holder is simple and straight forward.The suction pad adheres well to smooth surfaces such as the windscreen but was less successful with the dashboard in my car which is slightly bumpy.
