It's true. This year's model is less grippy on the back side than earlier models. However it's still a quality case and has decent grip on the sides. The older grippy case always felt strange to hold so this might be more comfortable, but it's more slippery. Also, it's now easier to pull from your pocket! I like it so far!

The case is slim but not cheap quality, it has a good drop safety distance and it feels like rubber at the grip wich makes it hard to slip off your hands. It does not stain at and it's simple to wipe clean, I also got it for $4.99 (regular price $39.99).

Best phone cases I have used. The cutout for the cameras looked cheep so I tried other cases with precise camera cut outs. Those cases were thin rubber like material with holes around the buttons. Speck is low profile and feels sturdy. The buttons are hard plastic and seem to enhance the tactile feedback. I wish the camera cut out was a precision fit but with camera protectors it's not nesessary. The rubber grip lines have been replaced with harder less grippy ridges but they should last longer now.

Nice cover. Works as expected. Dropped a few times and no damage. So its a success.

Great overall case for the S24 Plus. Speck injected the inside edges of the case with some kind of resin and it does a good job resisting the impacts of drops.

Overall, it is great at protecting my phone, giving me a better grip, and is slim enough to allow use on a NANAMI wireless charger. There is a bit of a lip so that my screen does not touch when lying flat. All for a few dollars.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Nice solid case. Very good protection in case of drops. I dont drop it very often as I havr a pop socket on it.

I ordered the black Presidio 2 case for my brand new S24+. Having installed PanzerGlass screen and camera lens protectors right away, it fits 👌 absolutely perfect and looks and feels great. Tight fit, good side and back grip textures, soft touch, antibacterial case. Upto 13 ft. of drop protection. Not sure what the 2 star reviews are on about. 5 star, quality case from Speck...highly recommend!

Hülle hat nur Rillen aber die Gummievüllung wie bei den Vorgängern fehlt. Deshalb nicht mehr so griffig und Hülle ging zurück.
