Good product, horrible packaging. The plastic bags are broken causing the powder to spill everywhere. Powder/ granules should not be packed in a plastic bag; a plastic bucket would have been perfect.

It is not the one you can see on the picture. Powder was in a plastic bag, that got opened and all powder spoiled out in the box. I am not sure it is a soy wax. Wicks are different, long that you can buy by 20egp by pack. It still works, but it is different. The wicks are too thick. There are no signs or any information on the product.
