Fits in ears well and comfortable. Case seems pretty sturdy. The sound is good quality but not great if it's windy outside awful noise when the wind blows. Touch controls are responsive although no sound to say you have paused skipped etc. App easy to use and easily connected not confusing at all straightforward. Could of put a charge port in the case rather than a little able I suppose. For a cheap pair of ear buds they ent bad.

I purchased the JLab JBuds ANC 3 and within just a couple of weeks, I started experiencing a high-pitched whistling sound coming from the case—even when the earbuds were inside. I had to constantly open the case, take the earbuds out, and put them back in to stop the noise. On some occasions, the sound would even start while the earbuds were in my ears, which was not only annoying but frankly embarrassing. When I contacted JLab's customer support, they offered a few troubleshooting tips—none of which resolved the issue. Eventually, they asked me to destroy the product and promised to provide a voucher code of the same value to use on their website. However, they clearly stated that if the replacement product is not available in my country, they will not cover international shipping, leaving me to pay extra after destroying my purchase. To add insult to injury, they framed this process as a "courtesy", as though I should be grateful to be asked to destroy a product before receiving any replacement. I've used products from other brands such as Soundcore, and their support has always been professional—responding quickly and sending out a replacement within days, no destruction required. I do not recommend JLab products. Not only was the product faulty, but their customer service is severely lacking. Save yourself the hassle and go with a more reliable and customer-focused brand.

This is a great product, but I kept losing an earbud as I moved around because they didn't stay in my ears very well. The battery life is amazing. It might be a good product for someone who doesn't move around much. I don't use them anymore because I lost one - not surprising.

I've only had these earbuds for a few hours but can honestly say the sound quality is great and the noise cancelling is excellent. I am yet to try them for a phone call but I am sure they will do the job. Easy to pair with my device and comfortable in the ear. Also a lot cheaper than other brands out there

I have previously owned JLab earphones of inferior quality to these. They surpassed my expectations, after reading reviews (some of which are unfairly negative. In noise cancelling mode, it was like hearing some songs for the first time. The battery life is excellent, these are great value for money. Shame someone stole mine out of my handbag 😭

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto interessante. App per la gestione degli auricolari molto completa, succede con la funzione RODAGGIO per ottimizzare il suono. Prevede succede aggiornamenti firmware. Suono equalizzabile e comandi touch. Lì trovo molto completi e di qualità.
