Replaces soy sauce for keto diets. Saltier than soy. It lacks the touch of sweet and tang of soy. Not sure if it saves enough carbs to be worth it. It is pleasant tasting but lacks depth of flavor.

Great alternative to soy sauce if you’re gluten free, and this product has way less sodium than both soy sauce and regular coconut aminos, without compromising taste. I’ll definitely be buying this on repeat.

I'm used to the "full sodium" coconut aminos and a different brand, so these taste a little different to me. It's not bad, just something to get used to. It's a huge difference in sodium content, so I think it'll be worth it. I use these mainly for homemade salad dressings. Looks and mixes just like the full sodium variety.
