Icing Images edible ink has been used in on TLC, Food Network & in Worldwide cake decorating competitions. Edible Inks are a specially formulated food coloring mixture for printing onto icing sheets. The colors are matched with regular inks, then modified to hold their coloring better on the icing sheets. The correct amount of alcohol is added to allow for quicker drying time, which helps to prevent color changes and ensures food safe quality. All cartridges are high capacity and have a Certificate of Analysis by an FDA approved testing facility to ensure the edible ink & their cartridge contain no harmful ingredients of any kind & is comprised of materials that are GRAS (Generally recognized as safe).
