Flange inserts are awesome for your pumping journey and these ones are great for getting multiple at a great price. However the longevity of their use just isn't there. I've been pumping for 1 month only and already I need to buy a replacement kit because the quality of these flange inserts are poor and they have all lost their "stickiness"

So at first, I really hated them. They were so hard to get out of the flange!! I saw in a mom group that they not only put coconut oil on the inside for nipple comfort, but also on the outside where the flange instert meets the actual flange. game changer! So use this trick and you'll have no issues and want to cry because you're freshly PP and the damn flange insert won't come out🙂
