Well worth it
I wear a 32x32 jean, bought the medium, fits great. It says it isnt an overpant but Ive been wearing track pants under them, so maybe I could get away with a smaller size if I was to go commando in them. The knee pads are a bit big making it tight there but not bad. I commute 40 mins to work, dizzle /fog no leak throughs(no downpours yet); tempetures ranging from 4 in the morning to 20 degees C in the afternoon, plenty warm and air tight. I like the grip in the seat of the pants, I have another pair of hwk and wish they had it. Zippers are the big ones easy to work, material seems tough, only had them for around 3 weeks though. I bought these and the hwk at the same time, still not sure which pair I like more maybe time.will tell. If your debating on getting these...dont, there A1...especially for cooler weather.

Reasonably priced protection - worth every penny, get some!
Overall the quality seems good. The protection is level 1, but that's made clear in the description. Purchasing level 2 is easy if you feel the need. The stitching is good, the fabric is a bit stiff - but maybe with a washing it may soften up. I am 6 foot and around 220 lbs. I bought XXL and standard length and found the knee protection to be a little low on me - but maybe I'm short thighed. Good fit at waist. I don't ride when it's too hot, but did take these out on a 88 degree day. It was a little warmer than I wanted, and I found the vents to be minimally effective but not uncomfortable. I have three pairs of pants, but I plan on wearing these regularly - so I'll write an update in the future.

Appears well made but kinda small
I have a couple of different brands and this looks as well made as either. I'm a big guy with large calves. I recommend ordering a size larger than the chart shows. The so called CE rated knee and hip pads are a joke. These resemble yellow pieces of plywood and are completely useless. I have true CE armor from very high end riding gear and doubt these could pass a quality and performance test. Pants will be returned.

Excellent fit to Accurate size
Surprisingly after having tried several different styles & returned, I expected to most likely return these. These are the best riding pants I have worn in over 56 years of riding. I'm the boss of one of the oldest MCs in the United States, I ride a lot, you will like these, order to fit.

I'll actually ride with these!
Getting ready for a fall ride up to the Ga/NC mountains. I'm from South Florida, so I'm looking for something warmer than jeans to wear, but also wanted good ventilation when things warm up. These appeared to do the job, and then I read a bunch of good reviews, so I decided to give it a shot. The price is pretty darn good, too. So they fit "right". I'm 5'10, 210lbs, 57 years old but still semi-athletic body with an extra layer on top. I ordered the XL Short, and this is the first pair of riding pant that actually look nice (without an extra 6" of pants all bunched up on top of my feet). They fit well, and lots of velcro to tighten/loosen where you need to. They were warm in just a few minutes walking around the house in 75 degree AC, but not making me sweat. (All vents closed). They feel waterproof, they have the rubberized zippers (good), and I will update after my trip in 2 weeks so I can give a riding report update, but so far, I'm impressed. The hip padding is thin, but that's fine, the pants are comfortable, and it is better than nothing. The knee pads are located in the right place too!!!! (went with the SHORT length). I'm giving it 5 stars now, and if I get soaked I'll lower the score... it always rains in FL, so I'll be testing that out soon enough. I'm the author of "Ride Captains and Tail-Gunners" - and I have almost 175,000 miles of experience.

just ok
Immediately broke the plastic clip on the right side that allows you to tighten the pants via the velcro strip. Made a temp repair and went riding, the left clip broke about 2 hours later and I had to spend the rest of the day pulling my pants up every time I got off the bike. Spent an additional $12 to buy some metal d-rings to replace the plastic clips. Not impressed

Great pants for the price!
I bought these with the intent of wearing them for my 45 mile commute back and forth from work. I get off at 1 am so at times it's quite chilly. My first concern was sizing. I'm 6'3" and weigh 235lbs with an athletic build. I typically wear a size 34"x36" pant size. I ordered a size XL long wich states 34-36x35.5" inseam with the intent of wearing these as over pants. I was quite pleased with the fit over my jeans but hadn't actually worn them while riding until today. It's cold right now, 42° and we're on self quarantine for COVID-19 precautions, so I thought, what better time to try these out!?I ride as GSX1300R so I have to pull my legs up past a 90° angle to get my feet on the pegs. The pants were somewhat restrictive for this and in fact I actually missed the pegs a couple times. I could feel them bunch up behind my knees quite a bit but to be fair these are NOT designed to be over pants. They did pull up a bit exposing a small portion of my ankles but not too bad (I was wearing sneakers, not riding boots). Again, for someone riding a cruiser style bike I don't forsee this being an issue.I went for a very short ride about (8 miles) but did bring my bike up to 65mph and never once did my legs get cold or felt a draft. In fact, my chest got cold through my leather jacket but my legs were fine. The material seems durable and well made. The only problem I've found is that the zipper on the back of the pants and the zipper on the back of my Joe Rocket jacket are sewn on in a way that doesn't allow me to utilize the function of zipping them together. Overall I would absolutely recommend these pants for the price.

Rugged looks, uncomfortable knee pads
These pants are meant to be waterproof but after a few minutes of heavy rain, the water gets in.The pants are comfortable enough except for the knee pads. They seem very hard and pressure on the knees becomes uncomfortable after an hour or so riding. However, even though waterproof, the pants don't cause overheating, even on hot rides.I love that the bottom leg zip opens wide enough to pull up over MX boots. The zip is water protected by a folding internal flap. The supplier provides an excellent sizing chart. I was able to order the exact fit.The pants have a rugged appearance and the contrasting stitching looks great. For added comfort, I recommend lightweight knee-length shorts under.
