Delicious And Gluten Free
If you are low carb, it can be difficult to find an edible sugar free candy. If you are low carb and gluten free/grain free, it can be next to impossible. I can not even buy the ones that are manufactured on the same line as candies containing gluten, because of the very real problems of cross contamination. Some people can tolerate that, but people like me who react to the tiniest amounts can become very ill from ingesting those tiny amounts. For that reason I can't buy Russell Stover or Weight Watchers brands to name two. Not to knock them, because they have excellent candy, but I found out the hard way that I simply can't eat them. I tried these because I was getting tired of the same old things all the time. I was not a particular fan of them in my sugar eating days, but I wanted to try something new. Holy cow, these are really good. They are creamy, smooth, chocolatey, and delicious. My husband and I both loved them. My picky oldest child did too, and he normally doesn't like anything sugar free. They are a wonderful find for low carb and/or gluten free people, and a very nice treat. I find one of them very satisfying, and do not find myself overeating them. I think that might be because they have a stronger taste than most candies, so one is all I want or need. My husband and son can both eat more, so these go fairly quickly. I get them every two months on Subscribe and Save. I can't find the sugar free version in any local stores or grocery chains, so I was pleased to find them on Amazon. These are excellent, and I love them.

Better Than the Original
Like many people I'm trying to de-suger my diet, and this version of the famous York PP is, I think, indistinguishable in flavor, and better in terms of texture, than the original. The inside is creamier and smoother, and the taste overall is truly excellent - I don't think many people would identify these as Zero Sugar. I have not tried the sugar-free version, so I can't compare there, but these are great. That being said, though, as is too often the case with food products on Amazon, a year's supply must be purchased at once. Really, how about smaller and more economical editions across the board? What do you say, Amazon?

Love these YORK Zero Sugar Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties Candy
I'm diabetic and my hubby is pre-diabetic and we were looking for something sweet with zero sugar and found these YORK Zero Sugar Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties. They taste just like the original, they are so good. Even though they have some type of artificial sweetener in them, it doesn't bother us (some people can't handle it). We keep them in the fridge so they are cold when we eat them. So good, so good!

These are very good tasting! My husband and I prefer these to other brands. The only problem that I have with them is the quality control of the individually wrapped mints. I bought a box of 12 packages and found that about one mint per package was inedible because the individual mint was smashed inside the wrapping and was hard as a rock or something else has happened to render the mint rock hard. One package had a mint and a half of one (roch hard) in the same wrapping. Great mints but not so great quality packaging.

You'd never know they're Zero Sugar.
I could eat the whole bag (7 pieces), and at times I did! These taste exactly like the full sugar version, but my glucose monitor doesn't show any glucose spike at all. These help me stick to my keto diet. Such a sweet treat! I'd rather they made these with monk fruit, but maybe someday they will. I highly recommend these!

Best Chocolate
I love these chocolates but haven't ate it in a long time due to avoiding sugar after Age 50 last 2 years. Found this with No Sugar and really like the taste. Pretty same as original.

Good but
I love these and buy them all the time. However in this case, even though all were well within the best by date, all of them had hard centers. Some only seemed to be small chunks here and there while others the whole inside was like eating hard candy. UPDATE: These use Maltitol syrup, which can affect blood sugar. The glycemic index (GI) of Maltitol syrup is typically around 35–52, depending on formulation. Sucrose (table sugar) is 65. This is not keto-friendly because it still has a glycemic load. Not suitable for strict carb control for Diabetics.

Very close to regular Peppermint Patties but you have to be lucky on digesting them
These are pretty darn close to the original York Peppermint Patties - I'd say they're about 90% as good. I've tried a variety of other sugar free candy, including similar peppermint candies, and been disappointed (the Russel Stover ones don't have much flavor and aren't sweet), so I was really happy to find these. You do have to get lucky on the digestion, I think. I can eat most sugar alcohols and be fine, so these sit fine with me. My husband is not so lucky; though he likes them too, he gets too much gas from eating even one. It's a risk to buy a box of 12 bags, but it's hard to find sugar free candy locally, so I figured I'd give these a shot, and I'm glad I did. I guess there's always food banks if they don't sit well with you.
