I used this as mostly preventative tape whilst walking two Camino’s. It prevented rubbing and my feet survived the constant pounding day after day for over 500km whilst also carrying the weight of my backpack. I didn’t use it on my second to last day (I didn’t bring quite enough), and had blisters all over my feet - so this tape really was working! It’s expensive, but it can stay in place for days (remove it carefully, I almost ripped my skin taking it off too fast!!), so it is high quality, durable and performs brilliantly!

Bought to walk a marathon and made such a difference. Was the only thing that stopped the blisters. Easy to use and doesn't move once on.

Item came exactly as described. It’s a long roll so will get a lot of usage out of it.My only reason it’s a 4star instead of five is that when using this on my feet in a few places it’d come loose after about 2 hours of hiking.If it was a stronger adhesive, especially in places where you might sweat or get wet feet it’d be a five.Does the job perfectly other than that (I generally just take more out on a walk with me and replace when needed)

Have used this a couple of times for long walks and it definitely helps prevent wear and tear on my feet.

Bought this for Cambrian patrol/build up training. Disappointing results.I used these in various ways. Tried the bevel effect they mention, and circular cuts. Even committed to wrapping a strip all around the leg and back onto-itself to get it to stay in place. It didn't stick in place. You'll be better off using regular zinc tape over this stuff. Better yet, get yourself double layered socks and don't bother with this tape. Waste of money.

Blisters have been the bane for me with running. This stopped them instantly. Good comfort great quality, stuck to my foot for duration of my run, durable and performed to highest standard

I trail run and after many competitions I got very bad blistered heels . It was unexpected and may have been down to combination of socks, trail shoes etc in the wet causing more rub. I decided I didn't want that again so bought this product ... it works. Just make sure your feet are clean and dry .. maybe use an alcohol rub if you want to be sure so that it sticks perfectly . However I have not had any issues. Stays put in all conditions. Just be careful pulling your socks on so the edges don't catch .
