I’m a single mommy and I have no time to go to the gym so I purchased this and I feel great I feel it working I feel the burn on my stomach and my arms

Looking forward to putting this piece of equipment to work! Need to start slowly so as not to hurt lower back and or shoulders but the ab rollers have a good rep with video trainers,

It is good , normal roller for abdominal . The only thing I don't like is the stroner smell of the ruber. But maybe because is new .

I'm not going to comment on how I can only do about 10 seconds of the workout. But while using it, it works great. It has literally everything you see in the pictures and it was a breeze to put together. The handles are friction fit to the rod and the wheel is nice and sturdy. It's slightly rubberized so it has a little grip, but not enough grip to pick up dirt and hair, at least not on my carpet.
