Retinol Face Cream Tulip and Jade 2.5% Strength without a Prescription Vegan

I don’t like that it doesn’t open like a normal jar

First, I have to say I liked this product. It left a nice matte finish on my skin and seemed to soften my skin. So why the low score? Luckily I had read a review that said much of the product was left in the jar even after the pump stopped sending the cream to the top. I used a kitchen knife and screwdriver to get the pump off, and sure enough there was .75 ounces of product left inside. The jar is heavy and is not clear, so on your own the consumer would never know. How did I know it was .75 ounces? Because I had emptied some travel and sample containers to hold the cream. One was .5 ounces, the other .25 ounces, and they were so full I couldn't screw the lids down tight. There is 1.7 ounces in the jar, so 40% would have been left inside and thrown away if I had not broken it open.

I like the product. Has helped with fine lines and exfoliating skin. Not as good as Retin A prescription, but still good product.
