JKS 3104 Front Swaybar Quicker Disconnect System for Jeep WJ

The instructions say to place the sway bar arm at 30° which is pretty standard. But these sway bar links are rated for a WJ with 4”-6” of lift. We have a 4” lift so it would be something to assume that at 4” of lift, the sway bar link would be able to achieve a 30° angle in almost the smallest adjustable position, except it doesn’t. In fact in order to achieve 30°, you have to nearly extend the sway bar link out to almost max! I checked and rechecked to make sure they sent me the right ones, and they are. Luckily I also have access to a Jeep at stock height to compare the sway bar angle to, I’ll update with what the factory sway bar angle is on an 04 Overland WJ and that’s what I’m going to shoot for. For now I set it somewhere near 15°, I think, and it seems to be doing well.

So far so good. Easy installing. Removing and reinstalling for off-roading is quick and simple. These seem to be well made, the main potential failure point I can see is the bushings. Time will tell how durable the bushings are.

Great for sway

Installation was a piece of cake. Just a note, the hardware on these are different from the stock hardware. These will require a 18mm and a 19mm. Most folks have those sizes, but just in case you don't... Install took maybe 20 minutes per side, don't forget to grease them once you are done. They are easy to remove and reinstall at the trailhead. Would definitely recommend.
