My fault, I should have read the. Reviews before I bought this
Totally bad design on this.the adjustment straps are in the back, so there's no way you can do this by yourself. You basically have to get somebody else to adjust the back. And then it rides up on your neck and rides up under your armpits and makes it very uncomfortable. Definitely doing a return on this one.
