Great fit for an 18” gaming laptop and keeps it cool despite playing for long periods.

Works perfect, did indeed keep my laptop at a hood temp even when running a huge game such as forza horizon 5

It's been about a year, and it still works, but the fans make a godawful whirring noise everytime i start it up, after a minute it quiets down, i was surprised that the fan bushings/bearings wore out so soon.Also, everytime i power it up i have to manually turn off the tray lights, not a big issue, but a pain never the less

I bought for my wife's laptop which likely does not need but why take chances? There are two USB-A sockets but it seems to run fine on one.

Pretty disappointed. The fans are very weak. On max lvl you set a dollar bill on top and it doesn't even budge. Barely feel them with your hand too. If you're looking for quiet you'll definitely not hear them at all. Im not returning because one it's a pain but two it'll at least work for a stand to get space in between the laptop and bench. If there's any cooling benefits it'll probably be for that reason alone. Just don't expect a lot of air movement from this.

Works well. Sturdy. Even with fully turned up the fans are quiet. I had others that are no where near how quiet and this product gets the job done perfectly.

Holy mackerel this works really well! Worth the purchase and very functional. This fan does what it says and does it very very well - both of my laptops are barely getting warm when they had been getting hot to the point of concern. I am beyond thrilled with this purchase!!

Bought one from Amazon, only one side lit up the other did not. Reboxed it and had it exchanged for an identical unit.With this second one, after about two weeks the shut-off button worked only occasionally. Very occasionally. Most of the time, I have to unplug it to turn it off. It also stopped turning off automatically when I turn the laptop off, it continues working and draining my computer's battery unless I do the manual unplug thing. Very annoying since I use the laptop multiple times a day.When I try to turn it to highest level of cooling, I get unpredictable results - the button to increase fan speed sometimes responds, sometimes not - my chances seem to be about 50/50 to get appropriate response from the switch. The lower levels of cooling are not enough for my laptop.Last, there are sharp edges on the bottom structure that hurt my lap after more than a few minutes use.My window of opportunity to return to Amazon is closed. I tried finding any warranty info on the unit, Amazon refers me to seller. When I bought it, I recall mention of a warranty but now cannot find any.Really, I wish you good luck with yours but mine has been a frustrating waste of effort and money.
