This is an excellent product.which I bought to seal the tiles in my front porch. It is easy to apply, works perfectly, and looks good. Such a vast improvement on the old floor polishes that had to be periodically removed. This is permanent, and gives an all round better finish.

I had a new wood effect tiles put in my kitchen. However once they were fitted they looked a little dull. However having read reviews of this product, I purchased it directly from the company. Very happy with the product. Gives a slight sheen and is waterproof. Will not hesitate to use it should I require to re apply it in the future. Good product.

Good product but follow insructions carefully for best results

Does what it says on the 'tin'. Works a treat. Used on a few glazed wall tiles that I purchased and had installed in downstairs toilet. Protects and provides lovely finish. I will top up periodically.

Does exactly what it says on the “bottle” applied 3 coats with a green dish type sponge lightly as if wiping the dishes. Too much will show as a milky film. If too much simply wipe across again until its gone. Leave approx an hour in between Gave a dull matt wood look tile a slightly darker sheen which now reflects the light nicely. Highly recommended.

Easy and quick to paint on - I used a paintbrush. Dries quickly

Well I read all the reviews and how good it was...but to be honest I didn't find it that good, I followed the instructions I even used a paint brush for 2 coats then for the next 3 coats I used J cloth

Excellent product. It took three coats to achieve the look we wanted. Very quick and easy to do, we applied three coats in one day. Dries after an hour, if not quicker. Does have quite a strong odour but that does disappear reasonably quickly.
