response to the reviewer claiming that these wipes are "streaky:" It seems that their expectation was for the type of effect produced by a microfiber polishing cloth. A clean (washed) microfiber cloth can remove light film and some fingerprints from non-porous (hard) surfaces, but I have come to the conclusion that it is best used for what it is intended for - to polish, not to clean. These Weiman wipes are very moist and won't dry out in the box. You need this moisture to dissolve crud, films, oils, and splatter. How many times did you reach for a wipe realizing it's too dry to clean the surface at hand? This won't happen with Weiman wipes and you will be thankfull every time. Particularly for oils on porous plastics (i.e. fingerprint on top covers of some laptops), you will need to work a folded wipe in gentle circles. If the surface was particularly soiled, use a second wipe to pick up the remainder of the now dissolved soils. Unfold the wipe and let it dry for a minute so that you now have only half the moisture as before. Fold to an unused portion and use it to polish the finish. You can also use your microfiber cloth at this stage, which I recommend, but most times find it unnecessary.

I purchased the "Weiman's Screen Saver Wipes" because I recently purchased a new computer. It resists streaks and the cleaning power is great.

I keep a container of these wipes handy to clean and disinfect my remote control and my cell phone. Both items get very germy so I feel much better knowing the wipes kill all sorts of germs in addition to cleaning my items.

They don't sterilize, just clean! For electronics - monitors, touch screens, etc without worrying about bleach fogging the displays.

Worth it easy to use

Having used a number of when cleansers before and then most previously using the eco moist spray and micro fibre cloth which cleaned well but still left marks and I found you needed to read the cloth regularly for it to prevent smudges I thought I'd use this as it's rated higher with the eco moist coming in second on most review websites. I can honestly say that it does clean the best. The wipes are a nice size as well and the reclosire system prevents them drying out as far as I can tell so far. If you use these words what I will say is that they look like they leave smudges but after you leave it to dry on your screen it leaves it really sparkly clean and the smudges disappear. Now for the reason I'm selling off a star. The wipes leave a lot and I mean a lot of fluff on your screen. For something that costs this much surely they could have made it so that it didn't leave all that fluff. Even when cleaning a mobile phone screen is very visible how much fluff is left. Now on a mobile phone screen is not much of a big deal. I just wipe out on my clothes and it's gone. But when it comes to a TV you need to then go back over it with a cloth which is really annoying. For the price you pay for these pack of wipes (not cheap) I expect to not have to do that. In case anyone is wondering what screens I've been using these on. For my phone it's the Samsung galaxy s20+ and my TV is an LG OLED CX 2020 model. Also used on an Acer nitro gaming laptop. So whilst this is a to quality product which cleaned the screen and leaves it sparkling, the residual fluff really let's it down. Now would I buy it again over any other product including what I and numerous websites believe it's closest rival the eco moist, most definitely yes. But as a customer of in my opinion if it wants to be the best and provide 100% customer satisfaction then it needs recover it's flaw.

Advert says "Non Toxic Safely Clean Your Laptop, Computer, TV, Phone, and Tab......." Yet instructions on reverse of packaging say "Not recommended for use on computer or television monitor screens", in spite of a picture of a computer monitor screen on the packaging. Currently, trying to unwind the mess its made of an OLED TV screen, who's responsibility is that???
