Goes on very dark, only needs one coat, bouncy tip makes it easy to change width with pressure. Lasted all day and cleaned with two swipes of a makeup remover wipe.

I love the applicator style and the fine point tip but the pigment does not show up well at all and it certainly is not waterproof. I use it for details and use another thick pigmented liner for the rest.

Very impressed esp bc other felt tip eyeliners are more than double the price! I’m constantly impressed by elf products!

It was delivered on time and I was amazed how affordable it is. The pen fits right into your hand making it easy to apply and the velvet tip applicator helps with a percise line & wing. I have several big issues with this liner. The tip dries up so quick so I'm always having to go over my line and because it smudges & dries fast it's hard to fix without doing the whole eye over again. The other thing is that it doesn't last long. I put my makeup on in the morning and by noon it's smudged so bad I have racoon eyes. I personally find that this product has both good & bad sides but in my opinion the bad outweigh's the good. I will keep it as a backup though.

Do not buy if you want dark black. First use came out gray. I thought it may need some more uses for the felt tip to saturate but it still came out gray and feels like the liner was dried out. Not a smooth gliding apply.
