When I received the fan, it was easy to assemble and very quiet, but the remote control didn't work unless I held it very close to the sensor. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a new remote. This didn't solve the issue, so they then arranged for a replacement fan to be delivered. As I'd already recycled the packaging, they arranged for the courier to wait while I put the old fan into the new box.The replacement fan works perfectly, very quiet and tall enough for the breeze to reach me when I'm in bed. The three speeds are perfect for getting the temperature just right in the room. It oscillates at just the right speed and doesn't cause any additional squeaking or rattling like my old fan. My only minor quibble is that the lights can be turned off when the fan is running, but come back on when you turn it off. I sleep with the lights off, and if I wake up in the night feeling cold and turn the fan off, my bedroom is filled with bright blue light. I have covered the lights with black duct tape to fix this issue, so it's not a huge problem, but the design would be better if the lights remain off until switched back on again, regardless of whether the fan is running or not.Just to add, the customer service and communications from this company have been excellent. They responded really quickly and made getting a replacement so easy. Thank you!

The remote is a nice touch, although be aware of placement. I have mine near to my TV and the red button on my TV remote turns the fan off (although I don't use that button much so doesn't really effect me). This is a nice tall fan, it's not too loud (the higher speed does of course make a noise but it's not that bad).Got this just in time for our scorching heatwave of 40°c and it kept the room at 29° (still high, but a considerable drop). I really like the fact it tells you the room temperature, it is very satisfying watching it drop. There is a button on the remote to switch the lights off, but if the fan is switched off they do come back on again. The timer function works well, as does the oscillation. I have not tried adding anything to the aroma drawer yet.All in all, a very nice fan.

Really good fan to keep my dog cool and it’s a great price, very easy and quick to set up too. Not too noisy either it’s great 👍

A good sturdy fan. The lights on the front are very bright when used overnight in a bedroom. The newer version can be turned off. Very easy to use. After about 7 months the remote failed to work, possibly due to they are the thin flimsy kind. After contacting the company, they sent another remote out to me. Brilliant after sales service. Thanks StephI had already purchased the older model (as above) at the end of last year. I liked the idea of being able to switch the light off at night so decided to buy the newer model. I ordered it on the Monday and the delivery date was between Thursday and Saturday. It arrived on the Tuesday, the day after I ordered it. The fan does what we want it to do. It is quiet enough to run all night in the bedroom. Their after sales team are first class. If there is one criticism, it is that the remote is, like a lot of others, a bit on the flimsy side. However, that doesn't stop me giving it a 5 star rating.

Day 1 review of having this fan.Received a faulty product so called the company and was helped very quickly too return product. I received my new replacement the next day and it works perfectly. Very happy with how quick the issue was dealt with.1. Airflow is great can feel a nice breeze with 3 different speed settings with the top speed being very strong.2. Oscillation works great so it reaches every part off the room.3. looks smart in the colour black4. I am very happy with the price I paid and if all continues too go well would highly consider buying another one for other bedroom.Again Thankyou too customer support for dealing with my issues with product in a friendly and speedy manner

This fan is good but I feel it’s overpriced for the issues it still hasn’t overcome. If you have the fan next to a tv the buttons on the tv remote for some reason control the fan, so if you try to switch channel or turn the tv on or off it turns the fan off which is quite annoying… the light mode only works on one setting which kind of defeats the point for the night mode as you can’t turn the screen light off in night mode. When it’s on swing mode it is extremely loud also. Personally feel it’s overpriced for these issues.
