I recently purchased the Nutricook One Pan 26cm, and it has quickly become my go-to cookware for a variety of dishes. Amazing pan ! I like so much , so I bought two more and gave it to my both sons . It’s great for stir fry, steaming and making gravies.

***UPDATE Wow, I am impressed! Today, I received an international call from Nutricook's Product Development department. The man I spoke with was very apologetic about my situation and offered me a refund and another pan if I wanted to try it again. I accepted the offer, and this afternoon, Amazon contacted me to say that I received a refund from Nutricook. That was fast!! I really did love the pan until the ceramic coating came off in that one spot, so I am excited to give the pan another go. You know what they say... Third time's a charm! I purchased this pan on Dec. 28th, and it had a small area where the ceramic coating was thin. I was able to exchange it for a new pan, which I received on Jan. 4th.. The second pan was great at first! I used it quite a bit and felt comfortable enough to throw away the packaging. The second weekend in April, I was wiping out the pan after use and noticed a small spot where the coating came off. I contacted Nutricook's customer service on Apr. 16th, sent copies of the invoices and pictures of the damaged area. On Apr. 24th, I contacted them again since no one replied to my first email. This time, they got back to me and said they were referring my claim to another department. Well, I still haven't heard anything and am really disappointed with their "customer service" department. I feel like enough time has passed that they should be able to give me a yes/no answer if they are covering my pan under the warranty. Needless to say, I do not recommend purchasing this pan!

I purchased this pan in October 2024. Now in April 2024 not even a year later the non stick surface is not working well. I never used dishwasher until just recently to try to get im ended staining out. The company also recommended not overheating the pan only to keep it to a medium heat and not use abrasive cleaning. I used a soft sponge and dawn dishwashing detergent. When it started failing cooking food started sticking without much oil or butter and then normal cleaning would not remove stains. As a last resort I put pan in dishwasher but sadly the stain remained and nonstick was no longer effective. I feel with the care I gave the pan it should have lasted longer. Therefore I cannot recommend the pan in my opinion.

This is an all around great pan . Many uses from sauté , fry, steam . Perfect size !

I purchased this pan Dec 9 2024. Beautiful pan, but there is no warning that the side handle gets extremely hot. Very dangerous for first time user
