Packaging is good. Easy to install just follow the instructions. Operation is easy and not much vibration, normal for a washing machine. highly recommended.

Good product, but the size is very small. There's no vibration and no sound; it's very silent. The four bolts on the back should be removed. The machine is working properly.

I bought this washing machine and from first day of using machine was very very noisy and vibrating while spinning..then I found the 4 nuts are open by itself of spinning drum from behind of machine...Even brand new brand machine I face a issue its disgusting. I send them messages to replace it and now 2 weeks no one come to replace.
