One tough pack.
This is my second one, the first lasted me several years so when it was time for a new one I was happy to see this model was still available. I use it as a backpack for work purposes. Lots of storage compartments and good quality zippers. Made of tough material that doesn't wear. I feel I should have bought two because it seems when I find something that works well for me I can't find one when I need it again.

Poor quality material
Been using the bag for 40+ days carrying a load of 20kg/45lbs for 2 days in a week in that period ( i work as a chauffeur). Just a laptop, clothes and toiletries. Discovered the torn hole afew days back. Extremely disappointed by the claims of the capabilities of the bag. My advice is stay away from buying it.
